Enterprise Sales and Marketing Boot camps
This 2-day intensive bootcamp is intended for larger businesses with individual sales and marketing teams or departments. The focus is on creating a seamless integration of the sales and marketing departments. First, corporate strategic intent is aligned and then the sales process is synchronized with brand messaging. The bootcamp is structured for C-level executives who have responsibility for both sales and marketing. Alternatively, company representatives from both the sales and marketing departments should attend. At the end of the program you will have:
- A statement of intent for the enterprise that can be institutionalized into the culture
- A refined marketing message model which can and all related elements of a comprehensive marketing plan
- A sales process manual including action steps, scripts, a structured sales funnel, training outline and suggested performance metrics
- Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 15 attendees and company group discounts are available.
