During this intensive two-day event, you will develop everything your small business needs to attract more customers and close more sales. The highly interactive, hands-on program covers all three major components of the Sales Engineering System in detail including Strategic Planning, the Marketing Model, and the Sales Model. At the end of the program you will have:
- Clearly defined strategic intent including vision, mission, values and strategic goals
- A strategic marketing plan, a brand message model, articulated compelling value propositions and a tactical marketing plan that includes a budget and implementation calendar
- An optimized, turnkey selling system that clearly establishes the value of your offerings, develops an effective process for selling them, creates the necessary tools and training for your and your sales team, as well as a framework for optimizing sales success
